Project Manager - Business Project and Solutions

About the role

The Transaction Banking Group (TBG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects from initiation through implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and success criteria while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather detailed requirements, build business cases, and define critical success factors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and handle changes to requirements.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and challenges promptly.
• Provide regular status updates and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BSP policies, MORB, and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Experience in project planning, scope, resource, budget, and risk management.
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication and consensus building.
