Project Manager - Business Project and Solutions

About the role

The Transaction Banking Group (TBG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage business projects and solutions from initiation through implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, ensure alignment, and deliver results that support the bank’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder interaction to gather specific requirements and secure consensus.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Manage the creation of key requirements, business cases, and critical success factors.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Handle changing project requirements and manage associated risks.
• Resolve challenges, risks, and issues promptly.
• Support and implement additional initiatives and directives as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and conducting meetings.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on BSP policies, MORB, and MTPP regulations and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in project planning, scope management, resource/budget management, and risk management.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
