Project Manager – BPO

About the role

The Project Manager will partner with business stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver small to medium‑sized projects that support both unit and corporate objectives. Projects may involve business processes, software implementations, or application updates within a BPO environment. The role operates with moderate guidance, applying established project management methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project charters, planning documents, and communication management plans.
• Define team roles, create work‑breakdown structures, and establish project schedules and deployment plans.
• Lead project meetings, manage scope changes, and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Coordinate resource allocation, provide performance feedback, and resolve issues through an issue log.
• Track and report project status, ROI, budget, and timeline throughout the lifecycle.
• Design testing strategies, conduct project close‑out activities, and secure necessary approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a BPO setting.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, performance‑management, and process‑improvement skills.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
