Project Manager – B2B Australian Telecom

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team supporting a dynamic challenger in the Australian telecommunications space. You will manage business projects for mid‑market to large enterprise customers, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of business projects, managing scope, budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with senior project or program managers on strategic initiatives, providing planning and execution support.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, executive reports and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures and manage purchase/service orders.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience delivering successful projects.
• Experience supporting large teams and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Tertiary degree in business, IT, engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, business writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
