Project Manager and Contracts Admin (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager and Contracts Admin to lead end‑to‑end execution of construction projects while handling contract drafting, negotiation and administration. The role works closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through close‑out, conduct site meetings and prepare status reports.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment and subcontracted services.
• Supervise warehouse and site activities to ensure work quality and compliance with specifications.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, resource plans and track progress against milestones.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve issues or delays, and act as primary liaison among stakeholders.
• Control scope, define deliverables, approve changes and prevent scope creep.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in project management, civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong understanding of demolition and construction processes, materials and cost estimation.
• Experience with residential and commercial projects and risk mitigation.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using take‑off and estimation tools such as Groundplan, Ascora, EstimateOne and Job Management Systems.
