Project Management Officer (Enterprise Transformation)

About the role

The Project Management Officer (Enterprise Transformation) will support the planning, coordination, governance and execution of strategic transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on the organisation’s SAP Transformation Programme. Acting as a key liaison among business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, external implementation partners and the PMO, the role ensures that project deliverables, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of the SAP Transformation Programme and other enterprise‑wide technology initiatives.
• Maintain project governance artefacts, track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between business users, SAP functional (especially Finance/FICO) and technical teams, and external partners.
• Support stakeholder management and ensure alignment of project objectives with business needs.
• Prepare and update project documentation, status reports and governance dashboards.
• After the SAP rollout, may be assigned to manage or support additional digital transformation, process‑improvement or strategic projects.

Required profile

• Strong project coordination and organisational abilities.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced transformation environment.
• High attention to detail and disciplined documentation practices.
• Able to bridge business and technical discussions effectively.
• Good understanding of finance processes and ERP systems, preferably with SAP Finance (FICO) experience.
