Project Management Office (PMO) Head

About the role

The Project Management Office (PMO) Head will lead governance, coordination and reporting for the project program at the Cavite site. This senior role ensures timely delivery, risk mitigation and alignment of resources across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Lead project network reviews, track progress, and ensure alignment with scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate risk and issue management, including escalation and resolution tracking.
• Act as liaison across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Planning & Logistics to manage interdependencies.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and maintain documentation, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Identify and manage risks, maintain a central risk register and lead issue resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, organize governance forums and present updates.
• Assist in budget forecasting, financial tracking and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, PMO or transformation programs.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning and execution frameworks.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, interdependencies and risks.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, matrix organisations.
• Willingness to be based on‑site in General Trias, Cavite.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
