Project Estimator

About the role

The company is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Estimator to join its construction team in Antipolo. You will be responsible for translating project documentation into accurate material, labor and cost forecasts that support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to fully understand project scope.
• Prepare material and cost estimates for products or services.
• Create labor estimates for each project.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Manage and evaluate bids from vendors and contractors.
• Use bid data to produce detailed cost analyses.
• Present estimates to management and other stakeholders.
• Compile and record actual project costs for future reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (licensed engineer is a plus).
• 2‑3 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Strong analytical ability and capacity to meet critical deadlines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Residence in Antipolo or nearby areas preferred.
