Project Estimator (Civil Works)

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Estimator specialized in civil works to analyze blueprints, perform quantity take‑offs and prepare cost estimates for earthworks, concrete structures, site development and fencing. The role requires a graduate with 2–3 years of experience in estimation, costing and supplier negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project blueprints, structural drawings and technical specifications for civil works (earthworks, concrete structures, site development, and fencing).
• Prepare accurate Quantity Take‑Offs (QTO) and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment.
• Source and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with the engineering and bids team to prepare winning project proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in blueprints, quantity take‑offs, costing and supplier negotiations for civil works.
• Experience in estimation, costing or structural design for civil works is highly preferred.
