Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will supervise and manage projects throughout the Implementation (Execution) Phase until close‑out. This role ensures that all project resources, permits, and documentation are in place, while coordinating with customers, representatives, and internal business units.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage project execution, ensuring safety, timeliness, cost efficiency, and quality.
• Prepare permits, passes, and supporting documents; coordinate approvals with customers and internal units.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, Gantt charts, method‑of‑procedure documents, and resource management plans.
• Oversee project close‑out activities and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Engineer focused on electrical or mechanical system installations, fit‑out or ground‑zero projects.
• Registered Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with a valid PRC license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for multi‑level client interfacing.
• Ability to create method statements, schedules, and compliance documentation.
