Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will supervise on‑site construction activities, ensuring that all works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, budget, and schedule. The role requires close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and the Project Manager to maintain quality, safety, and progress on the construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and overall project progress.
• Ensure all works comply with approved plans, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Handle material requests, monitor deliveries, and conduct inventory checks.
• Resolve on‑site issues related to manpower, logistics, and technical concerns.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving timely and quality project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer in construction.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to be assigned to any site location.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with project monitoring tools.
