Project Engineer

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Engineer to translate sales order sketches and customer concepts into detailed specifications and drawings for cost‑effective production. The role works night‑shift onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, collaborating with design consultants, estimating, production, and purchasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Convert sales order sketches and customer concepts into complete design packages.
• Assist sales with pre‑order illustrations and analyze orders for material and quantity requirements.
• Source and requisition unique vendor items.
• Communicate with sales staff and clients to resolve design questions.
• Coordinate with estimating to align production scope with design intent.
• Produce construction details and provide design solutions that follow best manufacturing practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience using AutoCAD (2017 or newer).
• Mechanical Engineering or Architectural education, or equivalent 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to sketch ideas by hand and read construction documents, architectural plans, and project specifications.
• Strong communication skills and a positive outlook.
