Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead and coordinate on‑site activities for civil engineering projects, ensuring a smooth flow of work, materials, and equipment. This full‑time position involves supervising daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the project team to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on‑site work, material handling, and equipment deployment.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
• Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control activities.

Required profile

• College graduate in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in civil or construction projects.
• Strong logical and critical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to be assigned to any location nationwide.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑aided design (CAD) software for layout and design tasks.
