Project Engineer – Capital Projects & Fit‑Outs

About the role

The Project Engineer will plan, coordinate and supervise capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, fit‑out works, repairs and renovations across CBRE‑managed properties in Meycauayan. The role blends technical evaluation, stakeholder management and on‑site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and supervise all assigned CAPEX, asset‑enhancement, repair, renovation and improvement projects from initiation to turnover.
• Conduct periodic technical audits and condition assessments of building systems, common areas and infrastructure assets.
• Review tenant fit‑out plans, engineering drawings and construction schedules for compliance with property standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise construction and fit‑out activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans, permits and quality specifications.
• Provide technical and engineering support to Property Management Operations on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural and building automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, engineering standards, environmental regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with a valid Electrical Engineer license.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, construction, property management or related engineering services.
• Willingness to be assigned to Meycauayan, Bulacan and to work Monday‑Saturday.
