Project Delivery Manager

About the role

The Project Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects at our Gateway facility in General Trias, Cavite. You will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and meet all quality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with factory teams, PMO, R&D, Procurement and contractors to develop facility layouts, automation initiatives and business cases.
• Lead design reviews, resolve technical conflicts and produce User Requirement Specifications and procurement packages.
• Develop Project Execution Plans, schedules, work sequencing and safety plans; oversee contractor mobilization and compliance.
• Monitor project progress through site inspections, audits and regular meetings; escalate risks and issues to leadership.
• Coordinate Manufacturing Process Trials, FAT, SAT and stability testing; drive ramp‑up and commissioning to meet production targets.
• Manage asset tagging, capitalization, project close‑out documentation and final hand‑over.
• Support engineering best‑practice implementation across mechanical, electrical, controls and automation systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
