Project Coordinator – Remote (Dayshift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our remote team on a dayshift schedule. You will support internal teams, coaches, and clients by handling scheduling, project administration, and communication setup while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of calls between internal team, coaches, and clients.
• Coordinate projects, book actors and coaches, and issue Statements of Work (SOW).
• Set up project‑specific communication channels such as WhatsApp groups.
• Pull regular reports from our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to create branded templates and boost productivity.
• Perform simple PowerPoint formatting for workshops and programs.
• Host Zoom sessions during online client workshops, handling technical setup, breakout rooms, and logistics.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support and follow up on unanswered business‑development emails.
• Share LinkedIn posts and tag the company account.
• Act as an executive assistant to the founder and two client partners.
• Complete procurement procedures and register the company as an approved vendor with clients.
