Project Coordinator / Construction Administrator – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Gill Construction is seeking a remote Project Coordinator / Construction Administrator based in the Philippines to support high‑end residential design‑build projects. Working aligned to U.S. Central Time, you will be the operational backbone that ensures project data, documentation, and systems are accurate, current, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate trackers, logs, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Organize and manage contracts, change orders, invoices, approvals, and project documentation.
• Ensure all digital project files are complete, current, and consistently structured.
• Enter, manage, and audit data within construction or project‑management platforms (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, etc.).
• Support disciplined system usage, maintain standardized templates, workflows, and documentation processes.
• Act as a steward of data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
• Assist purchasing coordination and vendor documentation.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to keep project information decision‑ready.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or process‑driven environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and dependable.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new software and workflows quickly.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time aligned to U.S. Central Time (Texas hours).

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with construction or project‑management software such as Buildertrend, Procore, or JobTread.
