Project Coordinator / Construction Administrator (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

Gill Construction is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator / Construction Administrator to support high‑end residential design‑build projects. Based in the Philippines and working on U.S. Central Time, you will be the operational backbone that keeps project data, documentation, and systems accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate trackers, logs, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Organize contracts, change orders, invoices, approvals and ensure all digital project files are complete and consistently structured.
• Enter, manage, and audit data within construction or project‑management platforms (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, or similar).
• Support disciplined system usage, maintain standardized templates, workflows and documentation processes.
• Assist purchasing coordination and vendor documentation, communicating clearly with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years experience in construction, real estate, engineering or other process‑driven environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and dependable.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new software and workflows quickly.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work full‑time aligned with U.S. Central Time (Texas hours).

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with construction/project‑management software such as Buildertrend, Procore or JobTread.
