Project Controller – Finance (Up to $65K) – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a Project Controller – Finance to lead financial discipline across multiple construction projects. Reporting directly to the CEO and matrix‑reporting to the COO, you will ensure projects are financially sound, operationally aligned and ready for scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project financials: budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Partner with QS, Project Management and Finance teams to align with approved budgets.
• Drive cost control, procurement oversight and commercial discipline.
• Build dashboards, P&L statements and financial monitoring systems for leadership.
• Monitor cash flow and conduct financial analysis to support project sustainability.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving and value‑engineering initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls, reporting integrity and tax‑efficient structures.
• Support the COO in strategic planning, project evaluation and decision‑making.
• Scale the Project Control function as the organization grows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in construction, project finance, cost control or real‑estate development.
• Strong exposure to project budgeting, cost control, cash‑flow monitoring and procurement controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
