Project-Based Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Project‑Based Recruiter to support our hiring needs for a three‑month period. You will partner closely with hiring managers to source, screen and endorse qualified candidates across a variety of positions, from entry‑level to managerial roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals and recruitment platforms.
