Project Architect

About the role

C. A. Design House is seeking a full‑time Project Architect to join its hybrid team in Quezon City. You will lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation while collaborating with engineers, consultants, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, space plans, and detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations).
• Coordinate with engineering partners and consultants, manage submittals, and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations, and support project branding and interior architecture integration.
• Monitor project progress, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with Philippine building codes and sustainability guidelines.
• Contribute to a collaborative studio culture and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture; licensure or candidacy preferred.
• Strong conceptual design, space‑planning, and documentation skills.
• Project management experience, including scheduling and consultant coordination.
• Experience preparing and tracking submittals for approvals.
• Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability frameworks.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary design studio and knowledge of local regulations.
