Program Officer – Corporate Communications

About the role

The Program Officer (Corporate Communications) will implement Jollibee Group Foundation’s communication strategies and campaigns to strengthen stakeholder engagement and raise the Foundation’s visibility. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful communication initiatives and support employee engagement and volunteerism programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns that promote the Foundation’s strategic priorities, flagship programs and CSR initiatives.
• Coordinate content creation and production with corporate communications, business units, PR and social‑media agencies, photographers, videographers and other creative partners.
• Manage the Foundation’s digital platforms, website and social‑media channels, ensuring consistent branding and quality standards.
• Oversee communications projects and vendor relationships, monitoring timelines, deliverables, budgets and quality assurance.
• Support advocacy, stakeholder engagement and employee volunteering programmes in collaboration with business units and external partners.
• Identify and cultivate partner institutions for communications and promotional activities, conducting due‑diligence and risk assessments.
• Prepare and package impact reports and monitor communications metrics such as Share of Voice and media pickups.
• Assist in planning, monitoring and utilisation of the annual communications budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, social‑media management, public affairs or marketing.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility principles and emerging trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets.
• Experience in content development and production coordination.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule based in Ortigas, Pasig City (2 days on‑site per week).
