Production Worker

About the role

Join Sensient Technologies’ production team in Biñan, Laguna as a Production Worker. You will support the raw‑materials section of a leading food‑ingredients manufacturer, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production tasks in line with established standards to achieve optimal output and efficiency.
• Handle raw‑material receipt, dumping, and accurate charging of materials into equipment.
• Pack finished goods, verify correct pack weights, and maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS).
• Follow HACCP, sanitation, and personal‑hygiene protocols throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 2‑year technical or vocational program; a college degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in production operations, preferably within a food‑manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and personal‑hygiene requirements.
• Physically fit, reliable, honest, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
