Production Worker (Batangas – Plant)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our Batangas plant. The role blends production support with marketing and import management responsibilities, ensuring our imported beverage portfolio runs smoothly from warehouse to market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the brand portfolio of imported beverage products across appropriate distribution channels.
• Set pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining consumer satisfaction.
• Analyze monthly sales and profit performance of imported beverages.
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing programs based on consumer insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Distribution Managers to implement brand promotion initiatives.
• Prepare analytical reports for decision‑making and forecasting.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing activities.
• Handle ordering, importation, and inventory monitoring of imported products to ensure adequate stock at the plant warehouse.
• Participate in sales calls and business reviews with key accounts when needed.
• Conduct trade checks to verify proper implementation of marketing programs and monitor competitor activity.
• Support the development of promotional materials for assigned brands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and profit data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand Mandarin is a plus.
