Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead daily floor operations at our central commissary. The role ensures that shift output meets strict volume targets, recipe accuracy, yield standards, and food‑safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations to meet production schedules on time and according to standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.
• Conduct regular line checks for product taste, appearance, weight, packaging integrity, and temperature controls, including cold‑chain maintenance.
• Monitor raw‑material usage, track transfers, minimize waste, and maintain accurate inventory and batch records.
• Ensure production machinery and tools are operated safely, kept clean, and maintained; report breakdowns immediately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any four‑year course.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a central commissary, commercial bakery, or food‑manufacturing facility.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities with a focus on staff motivation and development.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
