Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor ensures that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will organize workflows, monitor production personnel, and uphold the highest quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Organize daily workflows and supervise production workers.
• Monitor performance of production lines and personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the production floor.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, and HACCP standards.
• Train, develop, and promote the health, safety, and welfare of the team.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna.
