Production Supervisor

About the role
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on schedule, and in a safe environment. This position requires close coordination with production staff and adherence to company quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise production staff, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and meet performance targets.
- Manage workflow and production schedules to maintain timely output.
- Maintain quality standards by monitoring processes and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies to protect employees and equipment.
Required profile
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City.
- Relevant experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
