Production Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to manage customer orders at our Clark Outsourcing facility. The role involves handling order acknowledgments, coordinating artwork approvals, and maintaining clear communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and clarify customer order instructions and update CRM quotes with final order details.
• Convert quotes, amend Sage records for clothing orders, and generate purchase orders for suppliers.
• Send order acknowledgments to customers and verify supplier acknowledgments against purchase orders.
• Liaise with coordinators, suppliers, and customers to resolve discrepancies and chase artwork proofs.
• Coordinate artwork approval deadlines and provide booking details to suppliers before dispatch.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and keep coordinators informed of job progress.
• File all communications in CRM and assist in training new Production Coordinators.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must achieve industry certification at the Advertising Specialist (AS) level and internal Continuous Improvement (CI) certification within designated timeframes.
• Office administration experience is a plus.
