Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate supports Mill Operators in a food‑processing mill, helping to keep production running smoothly and minimizing downtime. The role involves monitoring processes, recording data, and ensuring clean and safe operating conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record ingredient feed rates in all mills, ensuring dosage meets established QA standards.
• Ensure premix ingredients are available for the entire shift.
• Coordinate sample collection with Mill Operators and Flour Packers and deliver samples to QA for analysis.
• Monitor dust collector differential pressure and keep it within manufacturer specifications.
• Assist Mill Operators in troubleshooting operational issues in both cleaning and milling sections.
• Open, clean and maintain sifters as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment to meet contamination controls.
• Enter real‑time production data and generate reports in SAP.
• Collaborate with other functions to align processes and implement controls.

Required profile

• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a mill environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to QA and safety standards.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
• Good communication skills for coordination with operators, packers and quality teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for data entry and report generation.
• Knowledge of QA standards and dosage monitoring.
• Familiarity with 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO and Halal auditing practices.
