Production Architect – Permanent Remote

About the role

BizForce is looking for a Production Architect to join its growing team on a permanent work‑from‑home basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality construction documents for multi‑family and commercial projects from schematic design through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete architectural drawing packages from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Documents (CD).
• Create, maintain, and coordinate Revit models for multi‑family and commercial projects.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Perform quality‑control reviews of drawings and project documentation.
• Utilize BIM 360 for model coordination, collaboration, and document management.
• Review and markup drawings using Bluebeam.
• Assist in resolving design and construction issues throughout project development.
• Prepare presentation‑quality drawings and graphics using Adobe Photoshop when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience on multi‑family and commercial architectural projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
