Product Trainer – Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Trainer to join our team at Clark Outsourcing. In this role you will design and deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions, helping new hires and existing staff develop the skills needed to excel in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions for new hires and tenured employees.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop curricula, learning paths, and training materials aligned with industry needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design interactive learning experiences that address diverse learning styles.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related role, preferably in outsourcing or BPO.
• Strong instructional design knowledge, familiar with ADDIE or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage learners at various experience levels.
• Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with multiple teams to customize training approaches.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using e‑learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training software.
