Product Trainer

About the role
The Product Trainer will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for new hires and existing staff. This onsite position in Clark focuses on building fundamental product knowledge, behavioral skills and tool proficiency to meet performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update and facilitate training materials and documentation.
- Conduct multi‑week blended training, nesting, floor‑training and BQM sessions.
- Maintain accurate training reports and communicate with clients and team members to resolve issues.
- Supervise and coach learners during OJT, nesting and evolution phases.
- Deliver product, behavioral or tool‑change learning experiences and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Communication preferred).
- 2‑3 years of experience as a trainer supporting a technology account.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work shifting or graveyard schedules and onsite in Clark.
