Product Support – Telecom Experience (Remote, Morning Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Support professional with telecommunications experience to join our team on a permanent, remote basis. The position operates on a morning shift and focuses on supporting the administration, deployment and day‑to‑day operations of client products and services. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth product performance and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for product‑related inquiries and incidents.
• Assist in the deployment of product updates and new releases.
• Monitor product performance and coordinate operational activities.
• Maintain documentation of support procedures and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues affecting customers.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of recurring problems and propose improvements.
• Prepare regular status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure coverage outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telecommunications or related product support.
• Ability to work remotely and adhere to a morning schedule.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote collaboration tools.
