Product Support Receptionist

About the role
RingCentral is looking for a Product Support Receptionist in Manila to help develop and improve its AI products, specifically AIR, an AI-powered receptionist. You will interact with customers of RingCentral's clients and help them with their concerns by gathering details, documenting them and relaying the messages to the clients. The role reports to a local manager and is part of a Project Maverick running for six months.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers of clients and engage them to get the details of their concerns
- Document the details of the concerns and relay the message to the client by email
- Work closely with the team manager and other specialists to help support clients better
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good client engagement skills, including experience interacting with US-based customers
- Pleasing personality
- Willingness to report onsite, Tuesday to Saturday, with night shifts starting at 7 PM Manila time, and to work full-time onsite due to project confidentiality
