Product Operations Specialist

About the role

The Product Operations Specialist ensures smooth day‑to‑day product operations and availability by handling system setup, configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution. This role collaborates with Technology, Operations, and Sales teams, and leverages AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Use product back‑end systems and platform tools to support programmatic solutions and manage stakeholder requests for setup, configuration, and updates.
• Monitor internal customer cases, coordinate issue review, and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve product problems.
• Create, track, and manage development tickets, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑through to resolution.
• Assist with system testing activities that meet product and operational requirements.
• Produce and distribute internal documentation and regular operational reports, and participate in development ceremonies and cross‑functional meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder with at least four years of experience in product or platform operations, system administration, or technical support.
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, evaluate information, and recommend practical solutions.
• Basic proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
