Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Manila team and drive the marketing of our gastrointestinal, pulmonology and surgical medical devices. The role will shape go‑to‑market strategies, create compelling product messaging and support sales in delivering value to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing plans and campaigns that generate awareness and demand.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer and competitor insights, and translate findings into positioning and messaging.
• Create marketing collateral, sales tools and presentations for product launches.
• Collaborate with sales, product management and other internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated product launches and demonstrations.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and partners to understand needs and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong market research and analytical abilities with a track record of turning data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to internal and external audiences.
• Experience developing go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning and messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Experience in the medical‑devices or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
