Product Manager – Cardiovascular Portfolio

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the strategic marketing of the Cardiovascular (CV) portfolio, driving brand growth, healthcare professional adoption, and commercial success within the branded generics segment. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective launch execution and ongoing product lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans, market analysis, segmentation, positioning, and growth strategies for assigned CV products.
• Lead launch planning and commercialization, including HCP activation, scientific messaging, and promotional campaigns.
• Drive demand generation through high‑impact programs, congresses, speaker events, and field‑force engagement.
• Partner with sales managers to translate brand strategy into field execution excellence.
• Analyze market dynamics, IQVIA trends, competitor activity, and prescription drivers to uncover opportunities.
• Create promotional materials aligned with compliance, regulatory, and medical standards.
• Manage brand P&L inputs, forecasting, inventory coordination, and budget utilization.
• Build strong KOL relationships and coordinate with external agencies and medical societies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product manager experience in an MNC or branded generics environment.
• Background in cardiovascular disease management (CVRM) preferred.
• Proven experience launching pharmaceutical products.
