Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

The Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager will drive user activation, engagement, retention and revenue growth for Xpress, a fast‑growing mobile super‑app in the Philippines. This high‑impact role sits at the intersection of product, growth marketing, data and operations, shaping the end‑to‑end customer journey from onboarding to long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new features, services, verticals and city launches.
• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Operations and Support teams.
• Own and optimise lifecycle marketing platforms (Segment, WebEngage, CleverTap, AppsFlyer) and communication channels (push, in‑app, email, SMS).
• Design and run data‑driven campaigns to improve activation rates, retention, ride/order frequency and customer LTV.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Leadership to ensure product adoption and consistent usage.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as CAC efficiency, revenue growth and feature adoption.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and customer‑obsessed with a strong product mindset.
• Experience in fast‑paced digital ecosystems such as mobility, fintech, e‑commerce, SaaS or app‑based platforms.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights and behavioural data into actionable growth strategies.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
