Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

The Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager will drive user activation, engagement, retention and revenue across Xpress’s mobile super‑app ecosystem. Working at the intersection of product, growth marketing, data and operations, you will shape how users experience the platform from onboarding through long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new features, services, verticals and city launches.
• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Operations and Support teams.
• Design and optimise lifecycle marketing journeys (onboarding, in‑app messaging, push, email, SMS).
• Own and fine‑tune engagement platforms such as Segment, WebEngage, CleverTap and AppsFlyer.
• Analyse behavioural data to build scalable activation, retention and revenue optimisation strategies.
• Monitor and improve key metrics: activation rates, retention, ride/order frequency, CAC efficiency, LTV and product adoption.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and data‑driven with a strong product mindset.
• Customer‑obsessed and experienced in fast‑paced digital ecosystems (mobility, fintech, e‑commerce, SaaS or app‑based platforms).
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies that move the needle on activation and retention.
