Product Educator – Tax & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a Product Educator who combines solid accounting and tax knowledge with a passion for teaching. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will transform complex financial concepts into clear, engaging video and written content that helps users master our software.

Key responsibilities

• Create and present training videos, tutorials, and product walkthroughs covering accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and software features.
• Develop scripts, outlines, presentations, and other knowledge assets to support learning.
• Produce short‑form educational reels and bite‑size tutorials for social platforms.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to translate feature updates into accurate training material.
• Research and verify tax and accounting information before publishing.
• Maintain and update existing resources as regulations or product functionalities change.
• Appear on camera regularly to deliver clear, practical explanations.

Required profile

• Background in accounting, tax, bookkeeping, finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of basic accounting and tax concepts.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for a broad audience.
• Self‑motivated and organized, able to work independently in a remote setting.
