Procurement Supervisor – Crypto Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to lead the purchasing function for a leading crypto brand in the Philippines. The role will shape procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships and ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services that support our fast‑growing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term procurement strategies aligned with business goals and budget constraints.
• Analyse departmental needs, categorize spend, and optimise the procurement structure across technical equipment, software services, office supplies, infrastructure and third‑party services.
• Monitor market price trends, supply‑demand dynamics and competitor practices to adjust plans and improve cost‑effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain procurement policies, processes and standards to ensure transparency, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, qualify and onboard high‑quality suppliers; maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations on quality, price, delivery, after‑sales service and compliance, and negotiate favourable terms.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle from requisition review to contract signing, order placement, delivery tracking, inspection, payment and post‑purchase follow‑up.
• Implement quality control measures, perform incoming inspections and ensure purchased items meet company specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain management, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to build and sustain supplier partnerships.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and cost optimisation.
