Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Taguig. You will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensuring the organization obtains quality goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, cost, delivery and service criteria.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy and timely submission.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Analyze spending patterns and market trends to uncover cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of procurement activities, contracts and vendor information in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure adequate stock.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare procurement reports and documentation for management review and audit.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand procurement needs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and cost‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with procurement software platforms.
