Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist supports Loc&Stor 24/7’s fast‑growing self‑storage business by ensuring that all materials, supplies, equipment and services are sourced on time, at the right value and with reliable delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, the role bridges operational needs with purchasing processes to keep facilities ready and projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Understand procurement requirements from internal teams across facilities, projects and operations.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain a pool of qualified suppliers; analyze quotations and support negotiations.
• Review purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders and ensure all procurement documentation complies with company policies.
• Coordinate supplier activities from quotation to delivery, monitor lead times, and resolve issues related to price, quantity, quality or delays.
• Monitor inventory levels, support timely replenishment and manage inter‑site material transfers.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, invoices, delivery receipts and support onboarding and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret business needs and timelines.
• Good analytical skills for comparing bids and assessing supplier performance.
• Effective communication to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Organized approach to maintain documentation and ensure compliance.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to address procurement issues promptly.
