Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to manage the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and optimal cost efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to support our operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes to secure goods and services on schedule.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts and obtain advantageous terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand purchasing requirements and streamline workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and related data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in an office setting with occasional travel to supplier sites.
