Procurement Officer – International Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities across our international operations. The role requires a confident communicator who can manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and support global stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and supplier evaluation to purchase order processing.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfil business procurement needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports to aid decision‑making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in shared services, multinational, manufacturing, retail, logistics, FMCG, or healthcare environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to engage with international stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work a day‑shift with a hybrid setup (5 days per month onsite at Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
