Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing activities and strengthen supplier partnerships. The role ensures cost efficiency, maintains quality standards, and supports business objectives through effective procurement planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily procurement operations and guide the sourcing team.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans that balance cost, quality, and reliability.
• Lead supplier negotiations and finalize long‑term agreements.
• Evaluate existing contracts for compliance and continued value.
• Build and maintain productive vendor relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Review purchasing activities for accuracy, timeliness, and standards adherence.
• Identify risks in supplier agreements and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track procurement spend and recommend cost‑control initiatives.
• Generate reports and insights to support leadership decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with operational needs.
• Perform additional tasks as required by business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Proven experience leading teams or managing projects.
• Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of purchasing processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Leadership ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills across functions.
• Well‑organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
