Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager to lead daily operations and shape the strategic direction of our procurement function within the logistics sector. The successful candidate will drive cost reduction, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and create mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage contracts.
• Implement robust contract management processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Set and monitor KPIs for supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day procurement activities, including purchase orders and requisitions.
• Utilize data analytics to improve procurement efficiency and report on cost savings and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and transportation modes.
• Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
