Procurement Manager – Indirect (Non‑Tech)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Procurement Manager to lead all non‑technology procurement categories across our global operations. Based in Taguig City, the role combines global sourcing expertise with strong commercial acumen to drive cost efficiencies, supplier innovation and ESG outcomes in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Marketing, HR, Travel, Professional & Corporate Services.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across regions to align procurement solutions with business priorities.
• Drive supplier innovation, market insight and responsible sourcing to support growth and sustainability goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and performance governance.
• Maintain accurate spend analytics, contracts and reporting for finance and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and regional regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on suppliers, especially in high‑risk categories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global sourcing and managing complex supplier relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering value beyond cost savings.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders across multiple regions.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑security environment.
• Experience in ESG and responsible sourcing initiatives is a plus.
