Procurement – Data and Governance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement – Data and Governance Officer to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, drive cost optimisation and ensure robust governance across the procurement function. The role will collaborate with finance, legal and operational teams to deliver end‑to‑end sourcing projects while maintaining compliance and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and cost‑saving targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, sealed bids and price negotiations.
• Identify supplier opportunities, manage supplier panels and monitor procurement KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve procurement processes and drive business transformation.
• Design and implement analytical solutions, automation opportunities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Mitigate procurement‑related risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements.
• Review purchase requisitions, maintain supplier and contract databases, and support supplier performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, communicating strategies and results clearly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of the Source‑to‑Pay process.
• Experience with automation tools and leading cross‑functional projects.
