Procurement & Contracts Officer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Contracts Officer to support our Information Systems (IS) category across corporate, on‑shore and off‑shore operations. Working remotely, you will help ensure that sourcing, contracting and supplier management are carried out efficiently, cost‑effectively and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the IS Category Lead in managing low‑value, low‑risk IS procurement needs for all divisions.
• Apply procurement expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Uphold compliance with all company standards, supply‑chain policies and JV agreements.
• Deliver end‑to‑end contracting and procurement for software, communications infrastructure and other technology services, including total cost of ownership analysis.
• Conduct sourcing activities, draft market‑informed recommendations and manage supplier relationship management (SRM) for contracts under management.
• Negotiate IS products and services to achieve the lowest total cost outcomes while supporting scope growth.
• Maintain contracts with high standards, overseeing ACV, terms, variations and claims.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant procurement or contract administration experience.
• Experience with end‑to‑end contracting, basic contract law, and information systems management.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance and reporting in an IS environment.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and self‑motivated attitude.
